Ans. We are based out of India.
Yes, we are a government recognized company, registered with the Directorate General foreign trade (INDIA). A registered member of Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts, a govt. of India subsidiary for handicrafts export promotion. We are a registered company with Sales and Income Tax Departments of India.
Q. What are the payment terms and accepted mode of payment?
Ans. Our payment terms are 30% advance and balance at the time of shipping the order.
We usually provide FOB prices however we also work with CIF or Ex factory prices as per client requirement.
We accept payment through L/C (Letter of Credit),D/A,D/P,T/T (Bank Transfer) or PayPal.
You can choose the payment mode you are confortable with.
Q. What is the expected delivery time for an order?
Ans. It depends on the order quantity. Usually it varies from 15 to 70 days.
Q. Can you manufacture our designs?
Ans. Yes, we can produce your custom design. Just show us your drawings/Ideas/pictures.
We also do custom logo embossing/engraving.
Q. Can you provide samples?
Ans. Yes, we can send free samples for review by using Expedited UPS/FedEx/DHL services.
However the freight charges will be paid for by the customer.
Usually it takes 5 to 7 days for sample manufacturing.
Q. What is the type of packaging used?
Ans. We use strong export quality packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Every product is P/E wrapped or Bubble wrapped + packed in Inner Carton + Master Carton in brown corrugated box
Our packaging passes drop test.
We can also do customized packaging as per client requirement
Q. What are the shipping modes available?
Ans. We can ship through any of the below three modes .We will help you choose the most suitable shipping mode for you.
1) By Sea Freight through Nhava Sheva Mumbai -average transit time 25 to 30 days.
2) By Air Freight through IGI airport New Delhi -average transit time 6 to 8 days.
3) Express Door to Door Delivery by FedEx, TNT, UPS, DHL- average transit time 6 to 8 days.
Q.How do you control the quality?
Ans. We do quality testing before starting the bulk production. Also, we have 4 stage strict quality control system in place to ensure good quality to the client. Also, we always request our customers to inspect through third party quality check inspector before shipping.
Q. How to proceed with the order if I have logo to print?
Ans. First, we will prepare artwork for visual /confirm/iation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second /confirm/iation. If sample is passed by customer, then we will go to mass production.
